@@darknessterra9953 I think I'm just tolerable with characters. It was explained well how important Kallen was to him so I already felt bad in how his mental state has become. Yeah, I can understand why one hates how he does things,but in my opinion his actions are the same as Mei. As her quote goes "If saving you is a sin, then I'll gladly become a sinner". Also, we got Sirin killing so many beloved characters,but she's not receiving the same hate Otto has in the fandom. (I don't hate her,because she also had her reasons.)

Never hated him aswell. From he beginning I expected him to have reasons and backup plans for all the bad things he did, even if I had doubts sometimes. Imo only trying to nuke New York in vain (leading to AE) was a stupid failure coming from him, but anything else is (evil) genius. To many people, their hatred towards him mostly come from Himeko's loss, but in the end he gets to die in a similar scene, karma striking fairly. Nobody can say Himeko's death was unjustified, just to manipulate the Void power... her last words gave the emotions and the strength Kiana needed to become what she is now, a beautiful leader. We hardly have good villains in other games/movies/books. Moriarty? Joker? lELoUcH? None of them is really as brilliant&epic (if someone has recommendations I gladly take it). I really hope to see more villains like Otto (not necessarily in Honkai).
Genuinely the same way, at first we were all led to believe he was a genius gone mad after loosing his love. In reality he played that character because he knew how the Houkai worked and was trying to trick God. Love Otto now, and love honkai for not just writing a bland villain with only a motive and story but a Story that hits hard. Its enough to make grown men cry for the villain, how much better can you get?
Mad respect to otto lol can’t say I hated him but I can’t say I liked him either. The man was a genius that could have probably ended the honkai war if he wanted to. This dude will be known as one of the greatest written villains ever and I am willing to argue with anyone that disapproves with that fact.

It just doesn't feel the same without him. We saw the world in Kiana and co perspective and when we understood Otto, there goes the dam. Of course, it doesn't excuse the crimes that he did but when you found out that fate made Otto a clown in all universes/timelines, he is not even the greatest *sshole. That's why it's so good seeing him succeed. He really gave fate and god (WoH) the greatest middle finger of all time.
