Sensitive girlies: do not use fem fresh! Water. Just water and washing with water. I’ve been told that by multiple doctors (as in 7). Some people can hack fem fresh but it’s not actually that great for the girlieeeee so if you’ve tried it and you’re struggling, just trust the power of cleansing with water. I promise. 7 doctors. All said the same. ANYWAY I LOVE THIS VIDEO SO WHOLESOME AND COZY YAYY😍
Another hot girl hygiene hack for you: My armpits tend to stay stinky even after I've showered and done the double cleanse. But once I get out of the shower it's still a little sweaty smelling ESPECIALLY after the gym. So using your shampoo or a shampoo bar rubbing a little between your hands and using that as the first step in washing your armpits makes a HUGE difference. Because shampoo is made to rid of oil, and oil is really really good at keeping scent in thus why if you want a long lasting scent you should put it in or under an oil. So to get rid of a nasty scent use a shampoo. Also to add I'm not a big femme fresh fan BUT I recently used the gilette Venus intimate wash 2in1 that can also be used as a shave gel and I highly recommend it.

I love watching selfcare and hygiene shopping vids but every one I've watched have been in America and in target and for my UK girlies they're not much help if your looking for new products. The dove original cream roll on deodorant is the very best ever, it’s made with dove moisturiser so super soft armpits and no stickiness as it’s more creamy than wet. I have been using that deodorant for the last 15 years and will never change

Yessss i always use the dove bar soap to clean then use a nice smelling lovely body wash :) the dove unscented sensitive soap is great for your bits aswell!

Sorry for too much info but I have always used whatever shower gel I wash with “down there” as things like femfresh always give me bacterial infections etc just a heads up for anyone who wants to hear it lol, love these vids Elle defo wanna see you doing a cleaning/washing trip to b&m❤❤❤
MUM roll on is by far the best! I get such bad irritation from most spray antiperspirants and even some roll on’s but have used MUM products for years, so good!!
Top tip for the stick on nails... from tiktok of course 😂 heat them with the hairdryer to make the adhesive stickers bond better and last longer
