I loved the Grumman goose at first sight at the age of 7 am now 50 and am still in love with the old girl. Antilles Airboats in Puerto Rico had them back in the day would love to have a fully functional RC model of one to complete my collection(currently working on that now.)
What a great looking & sounding plane. It looks like a lot of water splashes up onto the engines on landings. If it is salt water I'd imagine much maintenance is required to keep the rust away.

Ha, I was just thinking! "Geez, that guy's getting kinda close that thing". And then you zoomed out.
Beautiful footage of a classic Goose!!!! It's nice to see with the original engines, windscreen and non-retractable floats!!!! Gorgeous!!!
Proud to be Alaskan

Flew with them in 2000 on a float trip in the Togiak Wildlife Refuge. Great plane and trip.
Very Nice, Wonderful, Thanks for posting! Regards from Anchorage!
Love these planes, Grummans rule!
