  • In this video I take a deeper look into the woody trees and shrubs of Tresco Abbey Gardens discussing, in some detail, some of the more frequently asked about specimens. I also visit the Eucalyptus field, an area often overlooked by garden visitors.

Fantastic assembly of video footage taken through the seasons capturing each species in their prime.
Your consistent understated attire lets the plants in focus shine and lends your videos coherent tone.
Thank you for posting this in the midst of Northern hemisphere winter. Cheers!

Thank you for your kind words, Martin. I really appreciate it! And it won’t be too long before spring has arrived and the sun is out once more!

Some fantastic specimens on display - I particularly love the majestic wollemmi pines. Are there dendroseris litoralis growing at Tresco?

Thank you, I’m glad you enjoyed it. There are indeed and perhaps I could have included them. However, I did take a look at them in the ‘July in Flower’ ep at 6:08 if you’re interested 🌱
