Norway won this game for two reasons:
    1) Their goalkeepers did a superb job
    2) Hergeirsson finally had the courage to swap out Oftedal for a long-range shooter in the backcourt (like Bakkerud). He clearly learned from his mistake in the game against France, where his refusal to make such a swap might very well have cost Norway that game.

Norway won this game for one reason alone. Forced the Netherlands to shoot from long- range. That's 4 goals in 17 shots. See the game stats.

@@FartSquirel That wouldn't have been sufficient if Norway's goalkeepers hadn't also done a superb job, as I said. The Dutch have long-range shooters who normally do a very good job. This time, though, Norway's goalkeepers were better.

It's not the best performance I've seen, but we're through to the semifinals 🇧🇻

Tecnically a disappointing game. So many tecnical errors. What happened to the Netherlands? They were SO good in the first six games, but in this game they were awful and missed something like 10 to 15 open chances. They seemed VERY nervous...

@@TurboGauchiste Yes. Probably it would have been better for them to have played at least one tight game in the group, because when they finally faced hard opposition they couldn´t resist, maybe because it had been too easy for them until the game against Norway...sometimes you just need a hard game to find the right tension....
