- HAPPY VLOGMAS DAY 14!! today was pretty chill. we went to the Oddvice studio for last looks before we start recording eeeee im sure by the time you're watching this, we're in the ~stu~ recording ✨ I also showed you a little of my nighttime skin routine. lastly, we drank merlot with cream soda (sounds gross but it was fire) & I made alex a BLT but air fried the bacon (thanks to whoever suggested that in my last vlog hehe). hope y'all enjoy! if you're reading this, make sure to subscribe & turn on my notifications, then comment "done 🥓"

fun fact: the capri sun's had to have clear bottoms because there was an issue with their juices collecting mold on the bottoms, so the clear bottoms can show consumer's if the juice is safe or not.

kristen just in case you didnt know (idk lol) youre supposed to put the acne stickers/patches on after toner and before all the rest of your other steps, not after! it helps it actually stick to your face and also they have anti-scarring chemicals in them that can be counteracted when mixed with the stuff you put on like oils and some moisturizers! :-)
4:48 yes kristen that’s a cleansing balm to help remove ur make up it’s instead of using make up wipes or anything cause it’s obviously bad for the environment. and yes when ur using make up its best to double cleanse which is using that cleansing balm and ur normal cleanser :))

I laughed so hard when Alex showed her face with the face mask on. I remember using that kind of face mask when I was at a sleepover with friends and mine cracked so hard because we kept making each other laugh. I miss my friends 🥺

Yes the new capri suns have a clear bottle after some woman bought them for her child who said it tasted funny and she fully opened it and it was like it was rancid. There was like mold floating all over the bottom..🤢
I think capri sun had clear bottoms now because there were rumors (not sure if they were true or not) that there was mold in some of them and you couldn't see inside to see if there was mold or not

Before you get botox, try retinol if you haven't already! I use the Cerave Resurfacing Retinol or the Versed Gentle Retinol. Retinol is supposed to help with wrinkles. Definitely a cheaper option.

I worked for a skincare company for yrs and a cool hack to get your mask off SOOO easily is to wet a wash cloth and press it onto the dried mask for a good 30 secs at least. It makes mask removal so easy and water isn’t getting everywhere! Hope this helped 😊

Kristen you should try putting scrunches on your wrists so the water doesn’t go down your arms when you’re washing your face it’s game changing I promise!
I could be totally wrong on this or have been lied to by parents when I was smaller because we stopped getting them for some time. But I have a very clear memory of hearing a lot people were saying it tasted weird or they had problems so they would open it and there would be mold inside so they made it clear so you can see the juice and make sure the juice was safe to drink.

Put scrunchies around each of your wrists before washing your face and the water won’t go down your arms/sleeves ! My favorite is using velvet scrunchies for that :)
I also had a big problem with acid reflux from drinking red wine and also coffee 😂 Now that I’ve cut out coffee and I only drink wine every once and a while I don’t have the problem anymore

Gross fact but the Capri Suns changed the bottom because at one point they found mold at the bottom of them when people would cut them open. So now it’s transparent so you can ensure there’s no more issues like that lol
