    4:20 Yes, we have a federation. Notice the word substitution though? States don't have a single zip code. The states choose to fund according to local areas. This isn't necessary. Of course cost of living varies by area within state, so you would expect school costs to vary as well. But, that is different.

    6:00 No, schooling is not learning. The more schooling you can tolerate the more you earn. There is a positive correlation. That is it. There is no added value.

    Maybe they should cut school funding because most things they teach in school are useless anyway. Beside basic language skill and math skill, I don't see too much purpose.

      Vahaki Walahu what about teacher salaries and basic sanitation needs that aren’t being met in a lot of schools?
