    Eva was (is) so cute. I loved how she said his parents gave him his height and looks and talent. She was so smart and still understood how the world works, being older didn't put her out of touch with how the world changes. There are some older people who constantly say they're still young at heart and I roll my eyes, because they have the attitude and world view of Archie Bunker. To me, THIS is what young at heart is, someone whose mind stays broad, interested, and open and hasn't lost interest in anything that isn't directly about their immediate little world.

    • @jmartini8875
      @jmartini8875 2 года назад +3

      I love Archie Bunker. Still watch it to this day. I don't hate Jews or people of color. I hate others who tell me that I do.

      @@jmartini8875 like almost every member of a certain party out there who thinks they know what another person's beliefs are and who they feel about others? Yeah, I agree with you. Archie Bunker/All In The Family is funny, but that doesn't make anyone a racist just because they like the show. I have no time for people ridiculing others over their race, and have always stuck up for someone who was being called racist shit. I see it too much where I live, and believe it or not, it comes from BOTH sides of the WHITE political spectrum, I know that's a hard concept for that certain party to grasp, and I am sure someone will respond to my comment with some white, political excuse..sooner or later. Point is racism can consume the mind of anyone, doesn't matter who they voted for.

    • @trendmassacre8423
      @trendmassacre8423 2 года назад

      So any old person who is young at heart with non modern views are conservatives? If that's what you're getting at, then you better broaden your thinking up more and try to understand what they mean when they say that, instead of assuming.

    WOW!!! There were so many times as I was watching and listening to Eva that I wanted to bawl my eyes out! I didn’t because Who am I to cry when that tough little 9-11 year old Girl, had to fight to live!!! She was and is a WONDERFUL SOUL!!! I was impressed with You, Nikki and Jen. You were BOTH so respectful and I saw teary-eyes, as well.
    My Parents have Both died. My Mom in 2019 and My Dad in 2002. My Dad was in The Navy and in WWII. I am always so proud to say He was a WWII Veteran. He was born in 1922 and My Mom was born in 1920. He had just turned 80, 10 days before passing away. My Mom was 99 years old. I thought until the last 2 weeks of Her life that She would live to 100. She did not want to though. I am happy that She did not for Her sake. She was 45 when She had Me in 1965. I am so Grateful that They did have Me, although being old enough to be My Grandparents.
    I am So GRATEFUL TO LISTEN TO WONDERFUL PEOPLE LIKE EVA THAT SHARE THEIR STORIES! She is and should always be an Inspiration to Anyone! I believe that I know Some Younger People and Some My Own age that need to listen to That Beautiful Lady!!! I believe that She can and does INSPIRE ANYONE THAT WILL LISTEN AND LEARN FROM HER!!!
    Thank You, Nikki and Jen for sharing this broadcast and PHENOMENALLY BEAUTIFUL AND TEAR-JERKING STORY AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, EVA AND YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH INTERVIEWING HER. She, I believe is a LIVING ANGEL.
    GOD BLESS HER AND ALL WHOM ARE FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO LISTEN AND LEARN FROM HER!!! She is truly a GIFT AND IF PEOPLE WILL STOP AND LISTEN TO HER AND TAKE WHAT SHE HAS TO SAY TO YOUR HEART; and apply it to Your life; NEITHER YOU NOR I OR ANYONE HAS ANY EXCUSES TO BE MISERABLE IN THEIR LIVES.
    Thank You, Again for sharing this With All of Is, Nikki, Jen, and All Whom helped in filming and Producing this AMAZING VIDEO. ✝️🙏🏽😊👍🏼👋🏼❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️💕💕💜💜💜💜

    Both Eva and Nikki shine strong with the defiance they needed in the face of desolation and abandonment. It’s no surprise that they were attracted to each other. Forgiveness is a weird thing - I realize from listening to this that it’s not for offender but for the offended, as a means of de-victimizing oneself and almost dismissing the other person. “I forgive you” may he a way of saying “you don’t matter to me anymore. Get out.”
    This was wonderful; thank you to two great hosts for facilitating this awesome woman’s story.

    Who cares if he is a great bass player? Nikki is one of the greatest rock songwriters of our day. Never forget that. I wish this channel was still active.

    Awesome interview. Had many interactions with Eva. If anyone is in the Terre Haute, Indiana area she runs a Holocaust Museum here called Candles

    When Nikki said “ you have to take care of your children”. I’m not surprised. It’s wonderful she counseled him.
