Hi, your videos are awesome.. Just got a question . What to use if you want shelf life longer than 7 days?
Sodium Benzoate and Potassium sorbate at minimal usage rate should be sufficient. But you could do a small shelf life study to increase the usage for your product. It is possible to get 60 days with minimal usage if your pH is below 4.2.
Very lovely lady, thanks for sharing
Thank you for your kind words. Appreciate it.
Hello, can u plz upload a video of how to increase self life of packed cold coffee..

Where you get the bottles from ?

Hello, I noticed in your other video you used sugar syrup and in this video you used granulated sugar. Is there a specific reason why and does it matter which one??
Thanks in advance!
If your drink is hot, you may use granulated sugar. If the base is cold, use sugar syrup. They are really interchangeable. You just have to watch the proportion for each one. Good luck
Pls how long will it last before it goes bad
tq for the receipi sist .im from malaysia
You're welcome! Hello Malaysia!
Woah nagulat ako nung nagtagalog po kayo hahah! Kala ko international channel, great work! Will try to do this and distribute in my community thank u so much! Mabuhay!

How long will it last?
How long will expire po
Hi, can I use fresh milk instead of evap? Thanks
Sure, but fresh milk will have a shorter shelf life :-)
Hi ms. Chao!! :) May I know what brand of instant coffee that you used? :)
For this video clip, I used Nescafe :-)
Measurements please.
chao if I can get creamer powder what should I substitute with
Hello, the taste will be different but you can add more Evaporated Milk instead. If you put fresh milk, the shelf life could be less :-)
What's the shelf life of this?
Hi,
Can you please mention from where are you buying these coffee bottles in bulk? Are they plastic or glass?
These are plastic bottles sourced in Thailand.
Hi mam! What brand of coffeer and cream did u used? Thank u ☺️
She usually uses Nescafe instant coffee and Coffee mate powdered creamer.
Hello Ms Chao,
Ano po ba ang right preservatives to add to last more time sa bottled coffee? Thank you so much. from California.
Hi, I am not an expert on use of preservatives! As with anything, a longer shelf life would need preservatives or more production work and equipment. To achieve a shelf life of 3-6 months, you’ll have to consider heat pasteurization or high-pressure pasteurization. Both types of pasteurization would require machinery and may change the flavor of your coffee. It will also increase your overall costs but yes they will produce shelf-stable products.
There are many available pasteurizer machine which you should be able to find in the market if this is the way you choose to go. Good luck!
Hi Mrs. Chao can you recommend me what to add if I'll make Mocha with the same recipe of salted caramel?
Hello, no it will be different with mocha. Will upload soon!
Ahww , thank you so much for the reply 😍 highly appreciated! thank you also for the advice . I will stay updated with your uploads 💞😘
Hello! Thank you for this helpful idea! May I know why this one is different from the other video? I mean this one you actually cooked the ingredients but the other cold brew video was just merely steeped?
Could it be that one is instant coffee and the other is ground coffee? Not sure which other one :-)
What other flavors of syrups mam Riza can you suggest but the same ratio? Thanks mam ;)
There are many flavours available, pls experiment with other flavours too! :-)
I really want to do this with good coffee beans made with aeropress and homemade caramel and I want to put the drinks in bottles and sell them iced in a cooler but I dont think this is allowed in my city/state in USA....Its sad but you have more freedoms to do this in the Philippines which is where I imagine you're from.
You can set up a lemonade cart ;-) Yes, in my part of the world it is easier to start small.
What creamer did you use po? Thanks
I use a local brand called Coffee Dreamy.
What if i use coffee grounds and fresh milk? What's the Ratio? Thank you!

Hi Ms. Chao, may i know where i can get that flat bottle like yours? I tried shopee but couldn't find any.. Thnks in advance 😊
Hello, these are from Thailand.
I am a new subscriber here
Wow, thank you for this idea! Might make this at home for my own weekly consumption. How long is the shelf life for this though? 😁
Hello, they should last for up to a week. There is no fresh milk here so its fine refrigerated. Good luck!
For the 15 bottles you made, what is the size of the bottle 350 or 300ml?
They are stated on the video :-)
Hi ma'am, Im really thankful that I learned this coffee recipe of your's and now I am getting more and more costumers in my small business, but I have a question, Can I use fresh milk as substitute for condensed & evaporated milk? And if so, how much proportion? Hope you see my comment.
Sure. Use the same amount. About 700ml
@@rizasri thank you very much 😁🙏
How long will it stay good ?? Any additives required?
Up to 7 days without preservatives.
@6:27
Hi, how many days/ weeks should this lasts if refridgerated? Thank you!
No more than a week refrigerated. Make them fresh!
Thanku so much mam...
Thank you too
