5:00 perception is the task of consciousness type two not type one, for instance you can focus more on visual information (visual perception) that already processed via consciousness type two, unknowingly and mostly unwillingly, but that does not mean that consciousness type one us responsibble for perception, it could guide it but it is not the rask of consciouness type one.
Regarding fixing procastination you have two variables: - instiling of a habit. That requires forced repetition with a trainer, or alone, of the new habit for the first few weeks. - internal clock regulation. People either have a short term internal clock or long term internal clock (longe term people are usually high in conscienciousness and don't deal with procrastination). Short term people (look up Diane Van Deren on Rafiolab) need to override it with 10 min. increments and extend it as long as possible. For example, when running, focusing on doing just one more step and one more step and one more step and so on. Instead of planning on doing 3 full stadium tracks.
awareness is the result of conscious processes, and humans retrieve it when needed so no need to do the exact same conscious processes once again, but they can reprocess them,…. etc to concise: awareness is the result of former conscious processes (related to consciousness type one).
As for logic, it is not possible to generalize completely! For example, learning a new programming language will have restrictions determined by the design of that language and the restrictions it imposes, as well as the advantages and disadvantages (limited to the logic of the one who designed that language).
