    As somebody who just watched about 10 of your videos in a row, I'm definitely not tired of hearing you talk about the same things. You're funny and I like your open style of talking.

      wow I am amazed you aren't sick of the same 3D sculpt, print, and paint format haha, thanks for your support 👍

    Technique is ALWAYS good to go over, you're a skilled enough sculptor and painter to share your painting and sculpting techniques, like how do you sculpt the neck to fit Hot Toys neck pieces? Your videos are great. :)

    • @zedabyu
      @zedabyu  3 года назад +1

      Yes! I agree. I won't stop practicing BUT, Idk if people will keep watching if I'm just doing the same thing over and over so I've been trying to find different techniques test out and it just so happens that this particular project has no new things that I could showcase, so I was a little demotivated in the editing department. Errr necks? Hmm, you can always measure the actual Hot Toys neck and create the holes accordingly, that's possible. But I just simply estimate a big enough hole and if it's too big, I stuff some tissue in to adjust the height lol.

      @@zedabyu Hey if it ain't broke don't fix it :) I love your vids, you're a funny guy so they are entertaining, and you could do a tutorial series about Z-brush or Hair rooting or painting, and focus only on one of those things. The most important thing, is that YOU don't get bored, I always share links to your vids on Reddit. Keep up the great work!

    • @zedabyu
      @zedabyu  3 года назад

      Yeah, that could be interesting, but it might alienate people who don't sculpt. I will have to find a way to be inclusive to all, or maybe break the process down to a few parts for people to choose whichever they want to watch. Thanks for the great idea!

    Amazing work. I would love to get an in-depth video on paint colors for different skin tones:)) or even just maybe some helpful advice. I’d really like to try and paint myself, but do not know what colors I should be using.

    • @zedabyu
      @zedabyu  3 года назад +1

      Interesting, I'll keep that in mind! That's the thing though, I did go through that in one of my videos already so as the maker of these videos, I feel like I am repeating. But not every viewer has seen all of my videos, so..... maybe repeating myself isn't all that bad... hmm......🤔🤔

    • @jacobkdl3483
      @jacobkdl3483 3 года назад +1

      Thank you so much for the reply. If it’s already been discussed, I personally don’t mind going through them all to find the correct video.
      However I could see my question being raised by others. So possibly a quick dedicated video for skin tones could be helpful down the line. I understand the feeling repetitiveness. As the maker of the videos, you should do what makes you happy:) Thank you so much for sharing all your great work.

    I wouldn't worry about repeating yourself. It makes all the videos just as usefull.
    Several of my heads have the wrong colour but my painting skills are 25 years rusty.
    My clothes making skills are progressing happily.
    Still want to recast a lddoll over a better skeleton. Slowly modifying a stop motion skeleton for it. I really need to steal a skeleton ,but for practice I learn on the way.

    Personally, I enjoy your sense of humor and hearing your voice your frustrations and thought process. Please keep the voiceover, even if it seems a bit repetitive.
    Maybe consider talking about the specific qualities of the head sculpt you are working on or anything interesting you notice about their facial features? 🤷🏻‍♀️
    Honestly I’ve been binging your content and I don’t feel bored yet.

    • @zedabyu

      I am still trying to figure it out as well. For Agatha, I didn't use any products so if you observe closely, the hair is really fluffy and dry. But for Gamora, I used a mixture of floor polish and paint to get the colors so the strands hardened and became hard to style. So I gotta find a balance. Not sure if regular hair products would have a permanant results

    If you don’t mind me asking. What resin do you use? Been looking into getting a Formlabs Machine. I heard Dental Resin is great for 1/6 sculpts. I’d rather ask you since I know you do this stuff

      I use Black V4 resin. Yes, I've also heard that Dental resin prints are more detailed but I think they are also significantly more expensive. I'd say Black/Gray V4 is decent enough.

      Haha I tried! I always make them too fat when I want them to smile LOL gotta keep that in mind for the next sculpt. As for commissions, Idk man. Unless it's a famous character that I could also turn into a video, then maybe. It will cost a bit as well and that might be a turn off to most collectors. I also have a commission that I have been putting off for a long time to focus on RUclips so I might have to handle that first before accepting any. Still, growing the channel is THE priority so I don't see myself accepting any in the near future.

If you know Follygon another zbrush youtuber he repeats the same god damn paragraph every video because i suppose he rleies on random viewers and it bores me to death.
