New builder in San Antonio TX, Davidson Homes, Summerlin Plan

Davidson Homes has taken over from Kindred homes in some San Antonio communities. This model is in Potranco Oak on the West side of the greater San Antonio area. It's actually just inside Casroville Tx. The Summerlin plan is a 4 beds, 3.5 bath with a 3 car garage and 3,568 Sq Ft. Davidson Homes have several quick move in home available as of mid July 2024. I put them at the end of the video. I will ask the sales rep to post current incentives in the comments.
