Regarding Moltres (and Articuno) having the 4x Rock Weakness, consider how many pokemon would be more viable if Stealth Rock didn't exist. Smogon has banned things that had a smaller effect on the game.

I honestly don't understand how you see Galarian Articuno as Ghost-type. I get no spooky vibes from it at all, I see it as futuristic and likely a Psychic-type. I never even contemplated Ghost until you mentioned it, I just can't see it. Also, Psychic completes the type triangle of Fighting-Dark-Psychic

While Moltres is mostly the weakest in the game, the Kanto bird trio's base stat totals are 485, 490, and 495 for Articuno, Zapdos, and Moltres, so Moltres is arguably the strongest of the trio. Still, Moltres sort of looks like a chicken... Moltres is my favorite, so please feel free to ignore my biased opinion...🤣
