Quick question why did your belts say black and decker and not bissell?

It's the belt size you need to make sure it's the correct one. It doesn't matter what brand it is.

The brand would be Bissell if you ordered it directly from them. But, as stated by @55powerscape the most important thing is the model number to make sure the correct part is ordered. I ordered mine from Amazon and it came in a no-name white bag. It fit perfectly.
