Soothing Gauranga Chant

Beautiful acoustic guitar and flute accompany this tranquil chant of the sacred Gauranga mantra. This track celebrates the event from the life of Sri Chaitanya Mahaprabhu where He showed great mercy to the jungle animals of Bengal. Sri Chaitanya travelled the length and breadth of India, dancing and singing beautiful sacred mantras.
Whoever saw Him or heard Him would be overcome with spiritual love. While traveling through the jungles there were many dangerous animals such as tigers, rhinoceros, boar and wild elephants. By the influence of Sri Chaitanya's wonderful transcendental singing, all of the jungle creatures forgot their fear and animosity towards each other and began dancing and singing in their own way. Sri Chaitanya brought spiritual peace and happiness to everyone, even to the jungle animals. This event is documented in the biography of the activities of Sri Chaitanya.
