I finallly get to see someone who claims to have breakouts and actually seems to have them. It's so annoying when people with perfect skin complain about their non-existent skin problems...
Most of the time they have beauty filter on
Usually Vogue has so much filter on their cameras that you don’t ever get to see the celebrities ‘real’ skin so it’s actually refreshing to see a natural face for once. Vogue should do this for every makeup or skincare tutorial but of course I’m sure a lot of celebrities wouldn’t agree to do so!
I had no idea filters are normally used! I always feel so bad about myself when I see their beautiful perfect bare faces, even tho I know they have access to the best skin care, plastic surgery, etc.
It's all smoke and mirrors, all models have skin issues, but I like filters. Who wants to see models with acne or blotches skin on a magazine. Their job is to look their best, but they can talk about their skin issues to be relatable.
I love how she discusses GOT with such a professional attitude. It’s important to have these conversations about POC especially women, and I am so glad she took the criticisms of the show and listened rather than defend it to the end of the earth like some other cast members did.
I HAVE TO CONFESS. Sometimes when I'm doing my skin care and makeup routine, I pretend I'm doing one of these videos.....

I got bad acne in my late 20's. My dermatologist gave me Retain A. It did wonders.
