- Maxwell is having a mid-life crisis. To cheer him up, Fran offers to play tennis with him...but things don't go as planned.
From Season 3 Episode 23 'That's Midlife'. After losing to Fran in tennis, Maxwell spirals into a midlife crisis, which includes dressing younger and buying a flashy sports car. Fran finally makes him realize that his life is great, and the two of them go for a final spin in the sports car!

Before I had watched the series, I always thought CC was Maxwell's ex wife because of how much I thought her and Maggie looked alike lool.

@@november132 if POC and LGBT can watch and enjoy The Nanny then you could just as easily enjoy a reboot with diversity. Fran herself said she would want the reboot to be more diverse.
@@november132 I would argue that of all the 90s shows I have recently rewatched, the nanny is the only one that was most friendly to diversity, particularly towards the lgbtq+. When it comes to the racial aspect, I think it’s fine that it’s flooded with more white people because maxwell is musical theater producer living on the upper east side. Diversity on Broadway really didn’t become a thing until rent, but even then musicals like cats were the thing people wanted to see because it was only popular because everyone could see and most people who saw it were white tourists from the Midwest. I would argue a diverse reboot would make a lot of sense.

I never have and never will lie about my age. I am in my 30's and proud of it. That being said I am not of above using the fact that I look much younger than I am to my advantage. It's amazing how much people overlook and underestimate you when they think you are a young girl.

This is kinda true. The double standard for once is against men. Is way easier for women to delay aging with cosmetics, makeup and hair and even surgery. But if a man wants to do it, is ridiculed for it.

I'm 36 right now and I'm proud of it. I would never lie about my age. Even though a lot of people says I look much younger. But I don't mind. I have no problem correcting them.
