Hi Tim. My friend rupp has a full custom Hudson. I got a good photo of it at a show that sadly doesn’t exist anymore. Billing aquadrome. I carried that picture with me for a time and got it signed by voodo Larry. And I think the following year by Jean winfield. I presented rupp with it at his local car meet. And he was overjoyed. Keep up the good work, it’s very enjoyable for us across the pond.
I had a 54 Buick century. But sadly a divorce put paid to that before I got to far into it. There was two young kids that rode by on skateboards. Anyway one day the younger brother came and said my brother always wanted an American car. So I said tell him to come and see me. Well he did and I gave him the car. But then I had to go see his dad to make sure he could have it. His dad took me out back and this lad had an oval window bug that he had totally rebuilt. So it went to the right person. He never smoked or drank. And as far as I no he is still picking up cars that are abandoned on driveways and fixing them up.
Love those 54 Buicks ...... 100% relate with you on losing a car from a divorce.
