Yeah, these tanks are super finicky. I actually replaced all the hoses, water pump, thermostat and tank around 2 years ago but it didn’t come with a level sensor so I reused the original. Hoping that’s the problem but I will find out soon enough lol

Glad it’s helpful. Unfortunately, my coolant light came back on. So, the next project is to replace the expansion tank 😅
Did you have to drain the coolant for that job? I was expecting a quick swap to let as little leak out as possible.
You won’t lose any coolant. Super easy job. But you might end up replacing the expansion tank as mine was leaking too. My problem wasn’t the sensor.
the camera was not even facing the sensor when removing it!
