i lack teeth and use a electric chopper for everything so the onions are shredded and meat also u can use beef gravy also i noticed in the restaurant the make the eggs scrambled inside the patty then a egg coating they dip kit in to and fry
What I like about your videos is (1) everything is really clear, (2) you deal with things in a real-life fashion, like getting all the oyster sauce, and (3) everything seems so ... make-able, if that's a word. Hey Flo, If you want your cast iron to be nonstick you need to not use soap when cleaning but just scrub with water and salt. Then let it dry on the burner and add a few drops of oil and let the pan get hot, shut off the heat, and let the pan cool. If you do this every time your pan will develop a nonstick surface.
How long does this Oyster sauce last because I never find a date on the bottles in the International grocery and my bottle has been in the fridge for quite some time

Kind of asian omelet. like it instead of paddies. Never tried cooking the filling ahead of time. Usually mix with the egg mixture. I like it with bean sprouts but usually make it with Napa cabbage. meat is usually ground pork and bay shrimp.

Put your oyster sauce in a condiment bottle, like a ketchup or mustard bottle you can squeeze, best thing I ever did.😁

Slide the eggs out of the pan, on to a plate. Flip it over onto another plate and slide it back in the pan.
Mom's sister gave her a recipe for egg foo young years ago. We aren't Asian but simply love Asian food.
