How to make Gravity Falls' Dipper's Hat Cake Pops!

How to make sweet Dipper hat cake pops from Disney's rad show Gravity Falls!
I used a baby cake maker to get my half spheres, but feel free to roll in the traditional method. I just prefer the 'baked' alternative. I might make something for Mabel too!
