    You told me you had a video like this coming soon - been waiting and now it’s here. This is a game changer for me - thanks. I was always sous viding the day of and never fully knew how to fridge and reheat/sear.
    This is my favorite video - but keep them coming!

    When you talk about smoking - maybe a video about using a smoke gun and sous vide.
    I don’t have a smoker but have a smoke gun and don’t know how to incorporate it with sous vide. Might be basic but looking for your expertise!
    Love these short but super informative videos!
