Now that’s good old fashioned dirt ridin. You guys are obviously excellent riders with much experience.
Those bikes are heavy road bikes and not made for off road.
Still can’t believe the white XS650 is in the water like that. Zero ground clearance etc.
    Thanks. Enjoyed watching.

XS650 is an amazing motor. They should bring it back into production

I will never sell my XS650SE. Great sound. Kick-start never fails. (Electric-start does :D)

Both of these riders have another XS650 stock bike they use as daily commuter bikes. They love these bikes.

Too many to list. My two friends have several XS650's with a variety of modes including electrical, suspension, lighting and one XS motor is mounted in a Champion Flat Track Racing Frame.

@@crankydad.6769 I will have to verify with my friend but I believe he has installed CR125 forks, longer rear shocks, not sure where they came from, custom front fender, longer kick stand, home made header and muffler, chopped rear fender, custom seat, stock fuel tank, home made skid plate. He also upgraded the electrical charging unit. I will try to get a complete list of what he has changed on the bike. My friends do not "restore" XS's. They "refresh" them, get them running and try to fix inherent known problems.

I probably need to do a separate video on my friends 1974 XS650 because there has been alot of custom work and fabrication done on this bike. He does love to take it off road. Here is a partial list of parts: CR125M front forks and wheel with stiffer springs, Large rear sprocket to gear it down with a custom chain tensioner and chain guide to keep the chain from falling off, CZ Desert Gas Tank, stock header and Harley Davidson mufflers, Acerbis headlight.

The XS with the white gas tank in this video is not the XS with these parts. That is his other XS he is currently riding off road.
