Why are you kissing butt when this creative team has lost EIGHTY PERCENT (80%) of the US audience since Whittaker got bunged the role by her mate Chibnall with NO proper casting process? I get shilling and why you do it, but arent there limits?
I love the 13th Doctor, and Jodie Whittaker. But I do hope they get rid of that "timeless child" nonsense, or at least have the TC be someone else other than the Doctor. It's not fair to the fans, or all the content creators who've made Doctor Who a special thing in our hearts for 50+ years ❤
@@johnwhite9461 What a load of drivel. As has been stated in several interviews, Jodie had five auditions and was one of several people auditioned for the role, unlike Christopher Eccleston who was given the role by Russell T Davies because they'd worked together on The Second Coming, and David Tennant who was offered the role by Davies over dinner by Davies because they'd worked together on Casanova. Not only did Tennant not have to audition, up until then he didn't even know he was being considered for the role.

I'm glad they had such a great time filming Series 12. Probably more fun than any of us had watching it, but it's good that it brought joy to at least someone.
I too had one of those out of the blue Whovian moments in the street. I was walking here in New York City crosstown to the Javits Center to attending the New York Comic Con back in 2018 while I wearing my Professor McGonagall cosplay outfit when all of a sudden a nice lady stopped me. She complemented my cosplay costume and said it was wonderful and beautiful. I thanked her with a big happy smile on my face and continued to hurry off to the convention. But as I was doing so I suddenly had the strongest feeling that I just spoke to a famous celebrity. The more I walked and the more I thought about it, I became more certain of it. So of coarse it nagged me all day that day. Then after watching the premiere of the 2018 Doctor Who season the next day I remembered who she was. Celia Imrie who happened to have been in a Doctor Who episode called "The Bells of Saint John". I was so embarrassed. No wonder her eyes lingered on me so long. It wasn't just because of the costume I was wearing. I was also carrying a Doctor Who tote bag with the Vincent van Gogh exploding Tardis print on it. I am such a bad Whovian. Shame on me. LOL! But to this day I'm still uber flattered that a true celebrity thought my cosplay was so great. LOL! 😁💖
