He had 3 university music degrees completed & a PhD is music I think almost or is completed so he's dedicated..he could work in opera but prefers to be a pop artist aswell as popera & Rap. Dimash is a culmination of excellent genetics (mom is opera singer and dad sings pop), I heard he has extra long vocal cords (which is not surprising as he is 6'3" tall), and 24 years of vocal training from the age of 5. All his hard work has paid off in that he is considered one of the greatest vocalists of all time. I personally think he is the best of all time. I know that I have never heard anyone on the same level as Dimash and I am 51. I was around for Freddy Mercury and MJ. I saw MJ live in Knoxville, TN in 1984. Even the king of pop does not compare cuz Dimash is not stuck in one genre. He does them all and in at least 15 languages.
Dimash is THE greatest vocalist of ALL time! He sings in 13 languages and all genres! He’s also very humble, a multi-instrumentalist and a fantastic composer too (He received a perfect score in his composition Masters degree! Oh, and he also dances! He’s also coming to the end of his doctorate in Musicology.
Yes I am totally aware of Dimash and haven’t listened to many others since I found him. He is the greatest vocalist of all time in my opinion. A one of a kind unicorn. I just love everything about his artistry.
The way I found to celebrate the majesty of Dimash's talent was to have written the following about him: If I were to rule the world, I would immediately add, to the universal declaration of human rights, another article (they would become 31) whose wording would next "All human beings have the right, at least once in their lives, to hear Dimash sing". I am a Professor and I believe that I have a special profession that allows me to transform the human heart and consequently the human society. I work with young people and young people need to have good references. I had been looking for someone for a long time, of whom I could speak to the young people I work with, as a good reference. That person should be young, a super talent, a super mega star in the art world and above all, because he is the most important, a good human person. I searched and never found anyone with these characteristics. Until, finally, I found this person and that person is Dimash. Dimash sings in 15 languages, seven octaves and every music genre known to man----often mixing everything from opera to rap in the same performance. This one is excellent but barely scratches the surface of his vocal and performance and creative abilities. In the words of an old Bachman-Turner Overdrive song, "You ain't seen nothin' yet."

Dimash is virtually unknown not only in America, but also in Western Europe. I've already had to get on a plane twice to see him live. I don't regret it. His concerts are absolutely top class and Dimash himself is an incredibly lovable, humorous and deep person. I can hardly believe how much I love him and his music. Lots of love from Switzerland.

"like 7 octaves" is actually correct statement as he can go from like E2 to D8 (unless this changed in newer songs). This song is still only about 3rd-6th octaves (which is his most common and most comfortable range I guess). so he can go lower and higher than this performance. I like recommending to people to watch his Stranger performance as it shows brilliantly what he can do with his voice.

Thank you for discovering Dimash and welcome to a beautiful world of music. I’m a bit late🫣 Dimash is a 29-years old singer from Kazakhstan and believe me, you’ve seen nothing at all. In my opinion you have discovered the best singer in the world. He has perfect pitch and currently has a vocal range of 7,7 octaves (vocal fry C1 (B0) - whistle D8 off the piano). That means he hits notes in almost 8 octaves and sings consistently in 6 octaves. Not in one song (mostly😅). At least what he has shown us so far. And this in all the different registers . His voice is the result not only of his God-given talent, but also of his almost 25 years of daily hard training. From the age of 5 he attended music school in his hometown of Aktobe. He plays several instruments like piano, dombra (a kazach instrument), drums, marimba and more. He has classical as well as contemporary vocal training and sings in different genres from opera to pop, jazz, Kazakh folk, ballads and he even raps a bit. And often he skillfully mixes several genres in one song. Mainly classic and pop, so he created a new crossover genre. And meanwhile in more than 10 languages. The latest songs (from Tokyo Jazz Festival in November 2021) are Ikanaide in Japanese and at his concert in Almaty on September 23, 2022 he sang a new song in Spanish (about 7 languages in one concert!). And at his concert in Yerevan on April 29, 2023, he sang an Armenian folk song for the first time (it has to be about 15 languages so far). He sings no mainstream and is a completely independent artist. He is managed by his father Kanat, who founded his own company "DimashAli Creative Center". Believe it or not but he really gets better and better. Every time you think you know him and his art, you realize you are so wrong. He's very spiritual and thankful for the gift God has given him. But he also works very hard to constantly improve his vocal skills. He said in an interview that he trains at least 3 hours every day, if necessary, it can be 10 hours to prepare for a concert. He loves swimming and also a lot under water. Maybe that's why he has this large lung capacity to hold the notes as long as he does. He's a singer you can't put in any box. He sings almost every genre there is. Every time you watch a video, expect the unexpected. Even the covers he sings he makes his own and brings elements into the song that you would never expect. I find listening to him interesting. It's shock and awe. Amazing technician, masterful control of his voice and range. However I would never be able to listen to an album of his in one sitting, or have his music playing in the background while driving. His singing requires actively JUST LISTENING to it. Unfortunately an interaction with someone calling them self a DEAR last year totally turned me off, because this person called me horrible names because I dared to admire or prefer any other singer than Dimash. This "dear" then proceeded to make derogatory remarks on any comment I ever made...

Also, if you were gifted by nature, studied music for 22 yrs.+ yrs. and continuing to do so, still take vocal training for 3-5 hrs. a day every day, and have a dedication to your craft like no other, then yes, it's possible...and named Dimash Kudaibergen. He's 29, from Kazakhstan, became famous in Russia winning every singing competition, and then the world's biggest talent show in China in 2017 'I Am Singer', and then the rest of the world has caught on since. She also has an inspiring and amazing backstory, having been abondoned by her mother with a broken collarbone as a small girl, too traumatized to speak, given singing as a way to help her develop speech at an orphanage, adopted by a massage therapist who worked at the orphanage, and well, here we are. Dimash is a culmination of excellent genetics (mom is opera singer and dad sings pop), I heard he has extra long vocal cords (which is not surprising as he is 6'3" tall), and 24 years of vocal training from the age of 5. All his hard work has paid off in that he is considered one of the greatest vocalists of all time. I personally think he is the best of all time. I know that I have never heard anyone on the same level as Dimash and I am 51. I was around for Freddy Mercury and MJ. I saw MJ live in Knoxville, TN in 1984. Even the king of pop does not compare cuz Dimash is not stuck in one genre. He does them all and in at least 15 languages.

I work with young people and young people need to have good references. I had been looking for someone for a long time, of whom I could speak to the young people I work with, as a good reference. That person should be young, a super talent, a super mega star in the art world and above all, because he is the most important, a good human person. I searched and never found anyone with these characteristics. Until, finally, I found this person and that person is Dimash. "like 7 octaves" is actually correct statement as he can go from like E2 to D8 (unless this changed in newer songs). This song is still only about 3rd-6th octaves (which is his most common and most comfortable range I guess). so he can go lower and higher than this performance.
I like recommending to people to watch his Stranger performance as it shows brilliantly what he can do with his voice.

Dimash is a 29-years old singer from Kazakhstan and believe me, you’ve seen nothing at all. In my opinion you have discovered the best singer in the world. He has perfect pitch and currently has a vocal range of 7,7 octaves (vocal fry C1 (B0) - whistle D8 off the piano). That means he hits notes in almost 8 octaves and sings consistently in 6 octaves. Not in one song (mostly😅). At least what he has shown us so far. And this in all the different registers . His voice is the result not only of his God-given talent, but also of his almost 25 years of daily hard training. From the age of 5 he attended music school in his hometown of Aktobe. He plays several instruments like piano, dombra (a kazach instrument), drums, marimba and more. He has classical as well as contemporary vocal training and sings in different genres from opera to pop, jazz, Kazakh folk, ballads and he even raps a bit. And often he skillfully mixes several genres in one song. Mainly classic and pop, so he created a new crossover genre. And meanwhile in more than 10 languages. The latest songs (from Tokyo Jazz Festival in November 2021) are Ikanaide in Japanese and at his concert in Almaty on September 23, 2022 he sang a new song in Spanish (about 7 languages in one concert!). And at his concert in Yerevan on April 29, 2023, he sang an Armenian folk song for the first time (it has to be about 15 languages so far).
He sings no mainstream and is a completely independent artist. He is managed by his father Kanat, who founded his own company "DimashAli Creative Center". The logo can be seen at the beginning of many of Dimash's videos. Maybe that’s the reason you never heard of him yet. He doesn’t sell his soul to a music label. He doesn’t want to be dictated by money when he has to sing what, when, where and how.
Many of my favorite songs are in his native tongue. He is a nice, intelligent, respectful and humble person. Sometimes he also can be a little bit goofy, and I love it❤️. He respects people regardless of their original, religion or profession. He truly loves his homeland Kazakhstan and his people with all his heart and always shows it with pride in many of his songs, concerts and interviews. During his concerts in Dubai, Düsseldorf and Prague in 2022, before he performed his song War And Peace, he told the audience he loves all people in every country. And there are no bad nations (only bad leaders). And I absolutely believe this.
His concert in September 23, 2022 was in his hometown Almaty, it was so amazing and it lasts almost 4 hours. Believe it or not but he really gets better and better. Every time you think you know him and his art, you realize you are so wrong.
He's very spiritual and thankful for the gift God has given him. But he also works very hard to constantly improve his vocal skills.
He said in an interview that he trains at least 3 hours every day, if necessary, it can be 10 hours to prepare for a concert. He loves swimming and also a lot under water. Maybe that's why he has this large lung capacity to hold the notes as long as he does. He's a singer you can't put in any box. He sings almost every genre there is. Every time you watch a video, expect the unexpected. Even the covers he sings he makes his own and brings elements into the song that you would never expect. Don't be surprised if you get suggestions for songs you may have already seen. Dimash has different versions of many of the same songs. They are all worth seeing. He sang this song on his digital concert in January 2021 during the pandemic. He had to cancel his tour and did this concert for his Dears/fans. That’s why there was no audiende to be seen or heard.
SOS is a song in the rock-opera „Starmania“ from 1978. The first who presented this song was the French singer and songwriter Daniel Balavione.
SOS was the first performance of the China competition (in 2017) and was his first appearance in this show. The Singer is a show in China where only established singers are invited to perform. All the singers invited to this show are already well-known artists in China who have already won awards. Dimash was invited as the first foreigner as a wild card and the youngest in the history of this show. They became aware of him because he had already won some important competitions in Kazakhstan and Belarus, among others. He was still completely unknown in China. Actually, it was intended that he would only have 1 or 2 appearances. But it came completely different. When he woke up the next morning after his first performance of SOS he was a megastar in China and even found bodyguards outside his hotel room. SOS’ first video had 600 million views when it aired. He was just 22 years old at the time.

I find listening to him interesting. It's shock and awe. Amazing technician, masterful control of his voice and range. However I would never be able to listen to an album of his in one sitting, or have his music playing in the background while driving. His singing requires actively JUST LISTENING to it.
Unfortunately an interaction with someone calling them self a DEAR last year totally turned me off, because this person called me horrible names because I dared to admire or prefer any other singer than Dimash. This "dear" then proceeded to make derogatory remarks on any comment I ever made...
Yeah. Just a few of his followers are complete NUTS! I guess every Superstar has a few unhinged fans. They have driven me away from some fan groups. It does not help Dimash get new fans when they act so rudely. Blind devotion is not healthy or attractive.

He's 29, from Kazakhstan, became famous in Russia winning every singing competition, and then the world's biggest talent show in China in 2017 'I Am Singer', and then the rest of the world has caught on since. He's trained since 5 years old, and practices hours per day - so that answers why his vocal skills are beyond comparison. His parents are both famous singers, his mother does opera. A lot of people, me included, consider him to be perhaps the best in the world. But it's not the endless techniques and range that matters to him, but the equisite emotional performances he delivers. Dimash is setting is setting a new standard for vocalists in terms of what the voice can do. While unmatched in terms of technical skills, he's been honing not only his voice every day since the age of 5, but also his all around performance, body movement, dancing, singing multiple genres of music, playing several instruments, oh, and singing in over a dozen languages! Diana Ankudinova, 19, is a young Russian singer who some call the best female vocalist on the planet. The Queen of Goosebumps has the most amazing control, tambre, and range. She also has an inspiring and amazing backstory, having been abondoned by her mother with a broken collarbone as a small girl, too traumatized to speak, given singing as a way to help her develop speech at an orphanage, adopted by a massage therapist who worked at the orphanage, and well, here we are.
