Had a 2021 Expedition Max. Cost me $67k. To order a 2024 Expedition Max configured to have the same features as the 2021, it would now cost at least $85k. Ridiculous. That’s not even dealer markup, but MSRP!
I sold an exp Limited when I was selling fords beautiful car ordered it for a customer he used it to haul a 3 horse trailer to Tennessee to pick up a horse he had bought loved it said it pulled the trailer great it was loaded with the tv screens and everything you could get on it took it instead of his f350 2002 diesel
I was cross shopping with the Tahoe platform. You need a High Country or Premier on the Tahoe to get features like driver seat memory, adjustable pedals, heated and ventilated seats and steer assist (semi self driving) compared with all the features in the XLT. Thats about a 10K to 20K price difference (Tahoe being higher priced). A 5.0 v8 and a hybrid option in the Ford would be nice.
I always wondered why they didn’t offer the 5.0 but you did just make me think about the 2.7 and that would be a great motor in the regular(non-MAX) models.
@@Brian_Eugene_Lee I kept my 2015 Expedition Platinum when 1st came out I ordered with LED Headlights make it more better. What did was in Early 21 I took out the 3.5L ecooboost V6 had put in that Restomod 5.0 Coyote V8 only drive it in the Summer Months I still have a 2005 Expedition Eddie Bauer Package with that part of 2003-06 series
@@williamjoyce7168 good luck with that want Expedition get the 1997-2014 with that 5.4L Triton V8. I won't buy a Caddy SUV but I take a 70s Caddy car period with that 502V8
I’ve always wanted to grab a Stealth Performance Expedition. If this vehicle ever comes with a hybrid option I will really be interested in shelling out the dough for one. Never been a Chevy kind of guy but the revised 2025 Tahoe…….🤔

$85k is probably the same or worse in terms of buying power

Watching this guy's videos is like trying to read a book while driving offroad at 50MPH.
Maybe your gay rainbow is the real issue.. #RainbowCult
😂
You got it Ben. Mid level trims with options that you will use and appreciate offer good value.

What happened to v8's😭 they need to make a v8 edition, just like they made the Mustang 4 cylinder like wth!!!
I've seen a 'rear locker' button on some of these. I'm really interested to know more about it and whether is makes a difference on the Expedition.
Crazy they won’t offer the 2.7 and 5.0

They need a Lariat Package and Tremor Package as well and put in a 3.5L Powerboost Hybrid like F150 that would be sweet

I’ll buy an expedition. When they come back with the V8. Until then I’ll keep buying Cadillac.

Wow….your shirt is a classic. That MAX is HUGE! The engine sounds a little weak in the video…but overall the size is amazingly comfortable.
how is the interior space compared to a Suburban? especially the rear cargo area?
I have a 2010 Expedition and want to have it updated interior and exterior in 2023 with additional specifications.
Ben, How does the ride compare to the F-150? I'm surprised that they don't offer a Powerboost in the Expedition.
Just as comfy
@@BenHardyCars Wow, I’m surprised that the F150 rides as good considering it’s a solid axel and leaf spring. It’s early 1900’s technology.
I'm checking these out now so that I know what I'll buy in 2026 or 2027 for half the price.
Not sure when you reviewed the platinum... can't see it mate

I just bought today 😍
2024 Ford Expedition MAX XLT 4X4 Special Edition!
75k... That's almost a house.
Not around me, that won't buy a lot...
maybe in 1980...
Well, MathewMcParlane of Ford WHQ is the reason we no longer drive Fords or Lincolns. His threats/harrassment are way out of line.
20 grand more than what its actually worth
Wow 75k for that expedition and I thought it was going to be like 85k or 90k for that big suv man seems like a deal maybe.
Twin turbo V6 for longevity? No thanks..Saw Scotty do a diagnostic on one of these. People bought it new with nothing but problems.
I got a 2015 f150 with a 2.7 v6 and I have 340,000 miles on it…
