- Turkish Cheese Pizza 土耳其起司披薩 ｜Apron
Bread flour 高筋面粉 250g / 1,3/4cup
Caster sugar 细砂糖 7.5g / 1Tbsp
Sea salt 海鹽 2.5g / 1/2tsp
Water 清水 150ml+-
Olive oil 橄榄油 15g / 1Tbsp
Instant yeast 即溶酵母 3g / 1tsp
Cream cheese 奶油乳酪 110g / 1/2cup
Mozzarella cheese 莫札瑞拉起司 110g / 1/2cup
Paprika powder 红甜椒粉
Bake at 220°C / 430°F for 10-13 minutes
摄氏220 / 华氏430 烘烤 10-13分钟

Thank you for the lovely recipe. Just made these today and the texture is super soft. I made 3 different varieties with the 3 portions just to try it out like a normal pizza, 1 with Salami and tomato puree base and cheese toping, another with your recipe and 1 more with combination of both toppings. All turned out great and my children all loved it.

Delicious 😋👌🏻.. which brand bread flour do you use? I tried few of your recipes. Although they turned out well but I feel the texture is a lot different than what we see in your recipes. Also, when I tuck in the dough portions for individual dinner rolls, I see the folds in the dinner rolls after baking.. why is that so? Thanks

Yes you can mix and make the dough by your hand but it will take 10-15 min, you just hit sqeeze and punch. it's easy but takes some time
