I'm celebrating the release of Pikmin 4 by watching this classic again.
I like chris’ horror idea, a mother having to witness her husband and son turn into monsters and lose their humanity and eventually try to kill her sounds like a good horror movie, one of those ones that makes you absolutely miserable

No matter how many time I watch this, the bit with Julian preferring this game, as it's grounded in "reality" followed by the pulsating yellow text showing "reality" whilst basically magic happens, I always laugh.
Is it weird that I've made it a habit to fall asleep to the complete series' for over 2 years now?
I remember saying to myself "I'll get bored of listening to the same things every night after like a month". Needless to say that didn't happen lol

My best theater experience was going to watch A Quiet Place at a point where it was juuust about to leave theaters. Meaning I was able to watch it all by my lonesome. No noises, no gasps, no one making inane comments during a film that relies heavily on sound design. It was a very fulfilling and fun experience.
I guess you can say...you watched the movie at a quiet place.
i watched annabelle in an empty theater right before it closed when i was 15 with one of my friends and his little brother (back when he was still little, he’s 19 and taller and FEELS older than both of us now) and it was fun. didn’t have to worry about bothering anyone so we were free to talk and laugh and fuck around. good time
A friend and I saw Joker in an empty theater, so we didn’t have to worry about someone dropping a big ol’ society on us
I have to say he's pretty good at pikmin. I'm genuinely impressed, save a few dumb mistakes, but Julian called himself out on them when he realized.
I put that up to the “LP tax”

I don't know if that's actual belief or if they just like stories but given the amount of alien experts the internet churns out these days we can hardly blame em. Nothing wrong with a good a story.

Yeah, it sounds dickish because it sort of implies DD and Julian were the best and no one can compare, but the fact they won't be back like they were just makes it sadder.
The other guests have all been great too.
Chris not being able to make vore jokes, gay jokes, Mexican jokes, or continue any of the ongoing running jokes that he had with Ding Dong and Julian are all the reasons I preferred them two to anyone else. It’s just too different with what he’s able to draw jokes from, and I guess certain people just liked when Chris was enabled to be as autistic as possible.

This is my favorite oneyplays series. Not only is it a really funny series with consistent funny moments but it’s a pretty chill series. nice one to play in the background.

Honestly the best game series in Nintendo. I wish they would release a remastered trilogy on switch so I can feed more pikmin to the various monsters.

I've watched this series many times. I still love it to this day, it really makes me miss ding dong and Julian. I finally played this game like a month ago and it's amazing. Like its still fresh to play games that have been played for comedic value even. Like you don't retain the game as much as the comedy. So its like the perfect setup for companies to sell shit more because Lets playing is basically advertisement but at a piss poor exchange
