I have seen people play 8-0 skunk as well. The rules need to be laid out beforehand. That was a cheap move by Qel and his team. They should have taken responsibility of the fact that rules weren’t properly addressed and played out the game. Moving forward you do the necessary things. What makes it worse is that Qel most likely would have won anyway so he just looked sleezy in the end

Everytime i watch these games, it just feels like theres too much contact, not enough basketball. Pushing people passed the 3 point line, wacking and grabbing takes away from the content imo. The refs allow players to get away with more because they know what type of game play they want.

Qel was clearly better, 7-0 rule or not - BUT every vid I see of Qel is the same. Hes sloppy and dirty on D. It's not even being "physical" and I realize he's trying to intimidate, but it's just sloppy lazy D and it makes these 1v1s hard to watch. It's just messy ball. Who can get away with more follows and then eventually hit a few shots. If u can hoop u don't need to resort to dirty lazy fouls. Get your buckets from your skill and make them earn every one of theirs. I love physical ball, it's definitely better and more competitive, but that's not what this is 🤷♂️

So I feel for these guys, but although it's extra work and maybe even a little extra money, it's totally worth it when it's done right. These vids would definitely be more enjoyable, but that's just my opinion. I agree with u too. I'm also just an old head thats watching this content to get motivated to get back in shape. So I ain't trying to complain or trash guys, I'm not even on their level at all anymore lol but some of these 1v1s are rough 🤷♂️
