Hand checking was what made me start working out. Back in 96/97 when I was 16 this kid would not let me go by at all. So I told my older cousin about this. I told him "I want to bust through that handcheck". He told me do situps everyday. I did them at night before bed. 1 month later I was running through hand checks.
