No issues at all, used it a good many times as well. Gets a little hot after long use, that's about it.

Its New, it just does not have the fancy packaging that you would get a Best Buy or something.

Yeah the standard warranty, just different packaging.
How do you know its not a fake go pro?
It's not. It's the real deal. Works with their app and all. Haven't had a single issue. The only real difference is the packaging.
