FT chapters have such little dialogue that each episode is about 3-4 chapters. We are already past halfway through Wood Dragon God and moving to the endgame of that arc. Based on this opening we should get to the end of the Selene arc by Episode 26
I actually like that they combined two arcs for visualizeing the OP, because It was quite confuseing to see the first opening, which focus only on Mercphobia... and story wise, they are by Aldoron already

SPOILER ALERT Very glad this opening doesn’t spoil the Edolas part of the story. I was so happy to see mystogan again and even more happy it was a surprise. Shame Jellal never got to meet him.

Jc staff has a history of low balling animation. Atleast... compared to other studios. It's not as noticable for series they started with. Like edens zero, slayers, magical index, ect.

Je trouve que la music et une masterclass, par contre c'est dommages qui ont combiné l'arc Aldrong et l'arc de Selenne, le problème avec l'opening c'est que je sais pas qui ils affronte en premier Aldrong ou Selenne. Moi je pense qui aurait du faire un opening pour Aldrong et ensuite pour Selenne. Parce que là, ça gâche Aldrong qui est un très bon antagoniste et Selenne c'est un antagoniste un peu bateau.

Still sad how jc staff ruined Fairy Tail. Only 24 episode long this season compare to the previous 175, 102 and 51 and this have the cheapest art style and worst animation and it even have a recap episode💀. There no change for the remake of this season, but I still hope the next will made by a real animestudio.
I hate to admit it, but true. It's the hard truth. I have watch bunch of old JC Staff anime like Toaru series, Danmachi, Saiki, Golden Time, and Kaicho Wa Maid Sama. It's a shame. They ever be a good animation studio back then. If I'm not mistaken, only around 2018 to now their animation quality have been dropped. One of the reason I can think of because they cover too many anime adaptation project. Like a lot. For instances, like on the past season (summer), they have released FT 100 years quest, and Delico's Nursery. Then on the current season (fall), Danmachi, Demon Lord 2099, along with a romance anime. They announced to make a OPM S3 too. There will airing Lemon Soda anime too that on the next season. See, they have a ton of projects to handle on. That's why their final product is not really good. I believe they can change back to their old self. I really hope it will, cause I love their works. 😕
