This version of Kobe was still a great player obviously, but IMO this wasn't peak Kobe. Peak Kobe as an overall individual player was 05-07. But THIS version of Kobe, with the addition of Pau Gasol, finally had the right pieces around him to compete for championships. I still don't think people give Kobe enough respect for finally becoming the player that made everyone else around him better.

This version of Kobe was still a great player as I said, but his individual peak was a few years before when his supporting cast was below par. There’s no way I can honestly say that 10-13 Kobe was the same guy as 05-07 Kobe.
