I'm half-Thai-Chinese I can't speak Chinese makes me miss out on business opportunities. I have following Chinese business couple for long time and seeing them grow and grow is very inspiring.

This guy seems cool. I follow the same principles as him. That's how I got to where I am today. I did my hustle, invested my money, and left my six-figure job last year. The only thing I didn't agree on was the real estate. It's only a liability if you don't use it as an asset, and you bought in the wrong area. I'm also looking at Thailand as a place to live because the US is getting crazier than ever.
