@@ledetdillan55 you need a really good soundcard and good cord. I upgraded my internal soundcord in my pc and i went from around 11 ms delay, 600 ish samples (audio buffer) to under 3 ms and under 140 samples with over 50k hz. The standard rocksmith cord is kind of lame, a premium one helps a lot with note registration.
Could be because his pickups are active and not passive. I've noticed Rocksmith seems to read things better if you have active pickups. especially palms mutes and stuff. just a guess :).
+BenjaminsGaming My guitar fails at drop d, seems to be almost 50/50 sometimes. Cheap guitar, but cant afford a better one yet, its not all that great to play on either.
+BenjaminsGaming Try tuning it multiple times. After every tune pause the game and play an open note on every string and make certain that every string is fairly close to the correct tune. Especially on a floating bridge guitar.
those double stop bends! how!? !!! detection on them is so painful I had to play the song countless times to just finish it before a patch was released... Great job man, really solid. Anastasia next? :)
+Mx Rider Actually you can platinum on a song without getting 100%. I know I have gotten 100% on master mode on Aces High and Chompers. Probably some others but I don't remember which ones.
when you play do you learn each section and then play without looking at the screen or do you just kinda know where the frets are and play the notes on the screen? because when i play i usually need to look at the frets to see what im playing and its kinda hard to look at the screen and the frets at the same time.
Just started playing Rocksmith. found a decent electric guitar and took the dive in. this is awesome! How long have you been playing (real world) prior to this?
Richard Brown I've had it for month and got a few songs and its awsome... But you gotta use all active pickups allot but and can I ask what guitar you got? If you see this
I always screw this song up. One question: how many times do you have to play a song to get 100%? (The other day after getting my bass back a few days before, I played Say It Ain't So and got 100% on my first attempt in months!)
It depends how well you played the song every time. For example: if you were to max out a song (increase every section of the song to max difficulty) and you were to get 100% accuracy, then it would go to 100%.
oh shoot u reply fast, lol my pickups suck on my ibanez gio black night (200$ dollars) and like nothing gets detected on rocksmith 2014, even when im playing everything correctly, which ive practiced this song a lot and i can hear, and see that im playing it right (i always have my guitar volume at 100 and the game volume at either like 50-80) even a g5 or f5 chord won't get detected when im playing which sucks because i cant get past 80% in this song because it never detects anything lol
im a little late but with rocksmith nothing was getting detected on my cheap guitar ($150) until i started pressing super soft (basically the minimum to where its barely touching the fret bar. Rocksmith registers everything now and luckily so because i was about to go buy and drop 500 on a guitar that I was going to use for a new amp lmao. also this is better technique as it allows faster movement and more fluid transitions.
My brother got 90% it's pretty impressive not gonna lie but once u get it down its not too hard it still is difficult. It's just how it looks that makes it so intimidating
you're nutty, aren't you? Well I'll tell you one thing I'm 14 years old and I'll be the top 1 in that song believe me I can play it very well until the last part but I just lack practicing
And, most underrated channel in the world goes to....
W O W
yea that is pretty cool
Sup mate
you jealous M8
get rekt
and there no stopping him
I'm still amazed how he got through this without a bend, slide or drop d power chord not registering xD
ya, the game is really weird in registering bends, rarely ever does it for me despite bending pretty much perfectly.
@@animal1439 hslf the time the game wouldnt register my notes at all on my ibanez.

@2:01
So that's how you do the Gadd2 chord; mutant pinky finger.
My pinky was really weak and the joints would collapse, so it looks weird. It's a little better now, but still pretty weak
I audibly said "what" when I saw this in my feed.
+PuppetMaster9 Same
So did I, I've never heard of this or seen this and to see multiple recommended videos was weird
super suprised you went the whole song without a drop d power chord not registering

+Tsuin Isamashii I use passive pickups
+halsb really? huh maybe I'm just having calibration problems then or something. I have 99% on this and won't go higher lol.

Get this man a medal
Now this is some quality guitar playing. well done
Continues to amaze me with every upload :)
Thanks dude, this insane, great job
The open drop D sound fking awsome
those double stop bends! how!? !!! detection on them is so painful I had to play the song countless times to just finish it before a patch was released... Great job man, really solid. Anastasia next? :)

Love your vids. Just curiou, but have you managed 100% on master mode yet? I would love to see a video of that if you have.
He has, i forget which of his videos, but in that starting part where he is at the menu, one of the videos shows he has a platinum medal on master
Found it, it's cliffs of dover 0_o of all songs!
+Mx Rider Actually you can platinum on a song without getting 100%. I know I have gotten 100% on master mode on Aces High and Chompers. Probably some others but I don't remember which ones.
+halsb Really? Interesting thanks for the info. Still, those are impressive songs to 100% mastered!
how did you go through the whole song without having a palm muted chord miss? mine only register about 5% of the time.
by not palm muting or just barely palm muting

TheHvati you learn the fretboard over time
Like Metallica's Anesthesia but for guitar
Just started playing Rocksmith. found a decent electric guitar and took the dive in. this is awesome! How long have you been playing (real world) prior to this?
I had been playing for over 10 years before I got Rocksmith
How is it going for you? I've had the game since about March and I love it
Richard Brown I've had it for month and got a few songs and its awsome... But you gotta use all active pickups allot but and can I ask what guitar you got? If you see this
Sick guitar dude! Is that Ibanez?
+Geometry Dash Xenon
Dean ML Chicago Flame
It's a telecaster
1:44 those cords are so hard for me to do I dunno why
4 me too
You mean the arpeggio?
John Medina how do I practice that
the appregio part is easy he means he struggles with changing chord shape fast enough
it's so weird seeing the Barre Chords upside down
O.O
Guh...
How do you even do the solo 100%???????????????????????
This game looks confusing but fun
Matt Fortmuller It's confusing cause it's played on an actual guitar.
It’s like guitar hero but with an actual guitar/bass
I always screw this song up. One question: how many times do you have to play a song to get 100%? (The other day after getting my bass back a few days before, I played Say It Ain't So and got 100% on my first attempt in months!)

this looks condusing af for the first time haha
what pickups are those plz tell i need them my pickups suck
DiMarzio Super Distortion in the bridge and PAF Pro in the neck
oh shoot u reply fast, lol my pickups suck on my ibanez gio black night (200$ dollars) and like nothing gets detected on rocksmith 2014, even when im playing everything correctly, which ive practiced this song a lot and i can hear, and see that im playing it right (i always have my guitar volume at 100 and the game volume at either like 50-80) even a g5 or f5 chord won't get detected when im playing which sucks because i cant get past 80% in this song because it never detects anything lol

Dean ML Chicago Flame
How..?
Now all he's got to do is play Through the Fire and Flames.
Not on the game.

Dean ML Chicago Flame
My brother got 90% it's pretty impressive not gonna lie but once u get it down its not too hard it still is difficult. It's just how it looks that makes it so intimidating

are you #1 on this song yet ?
Meanwhile I have 80 percent on this song
Go outside bro
Inverted :(
+thinkfloyd312 *tab view
***** I know it is tab view, but it is "inverted" to the game's standard view.
thinkfloyd312 yeah that's true, didn't mean to come off as a dick if that was the case but I was just pointing it out :P
