Estoril looks like a great place to e-foil😉 Thanks for testing our new waydoo plus and thanks for prooving that the new propeller is almost silent, delivering a much better ride experience🤙
Thanks. I was looking forward to this video. Good one. I bought the Waydoo Flyer One+ and am just starting to learn. Great times. Keep up the great video work.
I adore your videos espwcially when its about efoil as i LOVE this sport. Can you pls from time to time make videos on how to learn new tricks on efoil?
A nice overview of the Waydoo Flyer One Plus. The one comment about DJI being the parent company is very misleading. DJI may have received some funding and backing from DJI, but they are not the parent company and it is unconfirmed their level of investment. That said, Waydoo continues to invest in their product and importantly in the support. They have a great product at an affordable price and they continue to innovate.
@@JetSurfingNation fast enough to have fun or is it just cruising speed that we see in some Insta videos? This looks like the best way to get into the sport but before I spend my cash on it I just want to make sure there is some pile in it
To be honest I don't consider efoils a vehicle for racing and I don't care about max speeds. for me it's all about carving and going depowered on a wave instead of going super fast in a straight line
Hey, thank you for the Video, as always good 👍. Could you help me out? I bought the Flyer One Plus about 2 months ago, at least the German distributor tells me it was the one plus… however with my Waydoo foil I can only fly up to 30mins before the battery is completely empty… did you managed to ride longer than the 30min? I already contacted my distributor about the issue, I let you know what they said.
As with all efoils ride time highly depends on your time on foil and the number of startups you do: if you are still learning, need 30s or longer to stand up and fly and spend a lot of time in the water (on the board or next to it 😜...) 30 minutes is realistic. Once you are an experienced rider and only need to start a couple of times per session, you should easily get above one hour of battery life. In my experience weight is not so important once you are flying - I have about 20% difference in ride times between me (130 kg including board) and my sons (70kg including board). BTW: I have several DIY efoils - but do not own a commercial one.
@@JetSurfingNation I also just got the flyer one plus. 40-50 min max ride time with the patroller mast/wing. I'm 150lbs and up on foil most the entire time. Pretty disappointing when they advertise 90-120 min. Emailed waydootech August 5th and still no response :(
When I bought a board from dealer in June 2022 the trigger was malformed and the board powered itself out to sea leaving me stranded and almost killing me. I bought another board in September and have had numerous issues such as broken remote, battery, controller. I could not recommend this product to anyone.
I have two "waydoo" boards! Both are broken! Batteries are not leak-proof. The valves are defective and water gets into the battery! the electronic board is rotting inside and stops working! The manufacturer does not comply with warranty obligations. and he is not responsible after a year of use! Think ten times before buying waydoo! 😢 The quality of the board is very low! The joystick is constantly buggy, I have four joysticks. recently, the "leg" on the foil broke! Batteries rot because of water ingress inside, there is no tightness of the equipment. I am preparing a detailed video review on this model of the waydoo board. there I will tell you an honest review about this equipment. I have a service life of this equipment for two years.

It has been a very successful sharing, we look forward to your continued work...
Great video as usual, thanks for the great service you provide to the eSurf community.
Our pleasure!
It was a pleasure for me to see you, you are wonderful
great improvements of the low noise levels
Good explanation Jochem, well done!
I'm impressed with the new features added to this machine. The waydoo team have definitely outdone themselves on this one.
Enjoyable shooting with full of information sharing

It was a very nice fun video, the view looks amazing.
We are waiting for more videos I wish you continued success
I think waydoo is already a premium brand in terms of quality. Loved the video!
Looks like a good board and the foldable fin pro was good idea... BUT the attachment for a boat - WOW . very cool idea
Cheers!
great team. I am happy to watch you
The Way-doo go. Premium quality board and fantastic price point.
Great improvements waydoo
Nice to see they improved but i'll choose Flite over anything else :). Can't compare though.
it was a very funny video, i like it very much

Great video as always. This looks like a great entry level option to get into the sport.
My big question is how fast can you actually go on it?
Not as fast as elite brands but it rides well

Hey Mike! I'm a Lift efoil owner and recently board the new waydoo flyer one plus. What is the small triangle on the front of the EPP board? Thanks
Not sure what you mean sorry. Maybe ask their support directly. Cheers! Probably it's just a protection of the front of attachment for gopro
Question: How does one use the camera mount on the bow of the EPP board? And what is the little carbon fiber trinket on the remote control lanyard?
I use insta360 camera
@@JetSurfingNation yep. And I bought one. Thanks. I also have a Portland camera adapter on order to mount to the Waydoo remote.
I would also like to know the carbon fiber deal
Looks almost like a screwdriver end??

Is it a big ride difference from a lift board? Thank you

Hey Mike it's Cass here! What's the max weight allowance on the waydoo flyer One Plus? (EPP) thanks
To be honest I don’t know, you can check with waydoo directly. I would not suggest more than 100kg
