This isn’t a sportscar. Its a Grand Tourer so i might actually prefer the hybrid for the quietness, range, and efficiency. If i’m getting this, it wont be the sports car in the range.
I would’ve designed the lever to select the rpm you want to change at or rpm you want to keep the engine at and also a button to switch from simulated gearbox to constant rpm where you can select the rpm from the lever. That would make the driving a lot more unique.
Completely agree, the Toyota CVT on accellerating is very annoying: shooting to redline and staying there while the car itself is catching up to it. Really a shame, Subaru for example does it somewhat better with the CVT on the Outback, giving it fake gearshifts
ct is to old ....the new UX or IS would be nice for this, but even the RC Hybrid only comes with a stressed 4cyl. :-( thank god i have this V6Hybrid in my old RX.
It’s a GT so the 600 mile range in the hybrid version is the way to go for me. Now if they can get rid of their crap infotainment system for a touchscreen with Android Auto then chef’s kiss.

Juste une petite remarque pour le conducteur, la position des mains sur le volant dans les virages serrés " humm , pas top " un dernier effort et ce sera presque parfait.
