That’s incredibly kind of you to assist your subscribers. We recently purchased a Tesla, but unfortunately, we were involved in an accident with our Honda Pilot on our way back home after taking delivery of our Model Y. Fortunately, our entire family is unharmed, but we now have to deal with the financial burden of replacing the Pilot, as the Model Y was intended to be our second car. Tesla sales people are typically awesome. No pressure- really easy to talk to. I would say they are really not considered a sales person. It’s one reason why I’ll never buy another brand again. Ford was horrible.

This is true. Only bad feedback I have is that once you make the purchase, they are near impossible to get ahold of with questions as you go through the process.

I test drove the y awd and performance a few wks ago and I noticed in the paperwork it said "2 day". I asked the Tesla guy and he said yep bring it back in 2 days. I told him I will try the performance and bring it back tomorrow and then try the awd and he said no problem. If people don't read the paperwork before signing, they won't know
