cus he doesn't underestimate the intelligence of his audience. Some people dumb it down too much, but Ducky goes all the way, so sometimes even when we don't understand what he does and why, we still get the overall idea of the process and the workflow, and that's a great way to learn.
Definitely, to learn Blender is easier and more efficient with you because your many videos include some short but necessary repetitions and also you re telling why we are doing what we are doing is quite important to understand, thank you so much 😊👍
Since I have been following your tutorials I have learnt so much more things about Blender and best of all I have finally started to get comfortable using 2.8. The lighting set up and the infinite possibilities in this particular one blew me away. Brilliant.
Bro you’re amazing at bringing new techniques into your projects, so that we newbs can use them in our own projects, instead of just making yours over an over again, which is what a lot of creators do.
Thank you for your tutorials! I've been watching sooo many 1.5h tutorials lately and soaking it all in, but never actually sitting down and finish something myself. Those less than 15 min videos of yours actually got me to start and finish something again - not only can I learn something, but after about 30 minutes I have a cool animated loop or image to show for it (without having to be a master sculptor). Keep it up. :)
These tutorials are so fast paced and it's a great balance with all the other slower paced blender tutorials I watch. But I am a complete beginner and have no idea what these shaders are but it's a really good tutorial ❤
I learned a lot from your tutorials. Thank you very much. Quick advice: you don't need to add an empty each time to want to mirror. In this case it is enough if in edit mode you select a vertice that is on the outer edge of the object on the plane that you want to mirror on. Make sure your pivot point set to the 3D cursor. Then ALT-S -> cursor to selected, Shift-D on the object then S+Y+ (-1) (scaling -1 on the Y axis = mirroring). It's quicker and don't leave unneeded objects.
thanks, this was not frustrating to follow. I like the simple nature of just making a squared tunnel look a lot more interesting. this is good to get more familiar with the node system.
Fantastic stuff. I never would’ve thought about using the normale to set as another shader. Genius. I’m now inspired to make (another) post-Apocalyptic/future city with your techniques.
Thank you so much for this tutorial. I used ur instructions and created an animation. It's been 3 days for me using blender. Although I didn't use the human figure. Again thank you so much ❤️, I never knew blender could be so much fun!
I keep coming back to your channel to watch these videos on making Beeple-like sci-fi renders, so might as well subscribe! Your videos are excellent, keep up the good work!
if anyone runs into the same issue as me (as a complete beginner with blender) where you import your Maximo Character and he still holds that T-pose and not the animation. Press the Play button to change frame inside of Blender. spent like 15 mins trying to figure that out, I thought I did something wrong when importing.
Just found your tutorials. I gotta say your videos are way more simplified and straight forwards than any others ive seen, your awesome keep up the great work!
I don't understand why you still have low views and subs compared to others, because the quality of your work and tutorials are really impressive especially for beginners like me who just got into Blender 2.8. Thanks for your efforts hope you have more subs and fans in the future!
I spent ages wondering why mine wasn't doing what yours was so I paused and noticed inner verts selected in subdivisions and mine wasn't at default, just incase anyone wonders why they aren't getting the same deforming effects happening after adding the displace modifier o/ Great tutorial, your video on water with sunrises got me into it all.
Thanks a lot for this tutorial man. This is helping me make so many things similar to this. The decimate modifier and random glowing lights technique is so dope for making scifi cities.
You are awesome, this tutorial is one of the best I have ever found. there are so many tutorial that takes ours and ours of work. if a man want to approce to Blender and to see some results in less than an our, this is the best channel ever! Good job! Dave

Recreating your tutorials is really fun, until i come to the point of rendering... It seems that my reflections are always pixalated (even with "Half Res Trace" off) while yours look totally clean. It is really frustrating! If you somehow know a fix for that pls let me know! Great work! Keep it up!

I don't think this is very beginner-friendly, but it's very enjoyable to watch and I even learned a few things.

I would guess that they are too fast paced for many learners, which is a shame as the quality of what's being taught is very high.
