Texas Smoked Appetizer Sausage Balls

- Smoking these Bisquik sausage balls on our Traeger was absolutely perfect! They are so easy to make and perfect for the holidays. My wife's family used to have them as an appetizer at Thanksgiving. We smoked them at 375 degrees for 25 minutes and served them with honey mustard, bbq sauce, and Chick-Fil-A sauce.
Ingredients:
1 lb. breakfast sausage (we used Jimmy Dean hot)
~2 cups freshly shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup chopped parsley
2 tbsp. milk
2 cups Bisquik baking mix
Your favorite bbq rub - we used Swine Life Mississippi Grind
