Loaded BBQ Pulled Pork Air Fryer Baked Potatoes

Today we are bringing the pit into your home with some pulled pork fully loaded BBQ baked potatoes! They were so easy to make in our air fryer! We made the pulled pork on our Traeger, but it can also be found in grocery stores. Stuffing the fixins into the potato like a twice baked potato made a wonderful difference.
Ingredients:
2 potatoes
Avocado oil and sea salt for coating pototoes
3/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream (measure with your heart)
2 tbs margarine
Pulled pork (measure with your heart)
BBQ sauce (your favorite kind!)
