You hit the nail on the head with this. I couldn’t have said it better. I’m in my 40’s and I just learned it and looking back on a lot of relationships and friends -they were seasons, family included. We go through seasons in our our own personal journeys but, also through removing people from your journey is key! ❤and your right it’s not just loss sometimes we gain people meant for the long haul.
Yes 🎉 Amen to that it is better to be present and live in moment. Live, love, laugh and enjoy life as compared to worrying myself to death because we cannot change the outcome. My favorite scripture is ( Matthew 6:33, 34) which basically says focus on Ur relationship with God and everything you needed will be added to you because each day has it own aniexities and sometimes we cannot change that. It is so true and for me personally what been helping me lately is the 5 P : Pray, Prepare, practice, positive, Productive, !.. Because I can't control other ppl happiness but i can't protect and control mines because I am a naturally happy woman and I am learning to get back to that and it feel so good. Unfortunately for those that weigh me down negatively I had to let them go because my mental peace is everything!... Life should not be draining it should be enjoyable. Thank for Sharing Sunny
