Your life is busy but it seems like loads of fun. Thank you taking us on a BTS in the life of Franchesca. I had a different vision on your podcast studio. I envisioned comfy chairs, low light like a wonderful old coffeehouse or bookstore.

Aw, you're making me miss NYC so much. It's the only place I've ever lived, but now I'm at college upstate. It's good because it's making me appreciate the rest of NY-I can stop being one of those people who thinks shit like, "you're not a REAL New Yorker unless you're from the City"-but man, I miss home. There's really no place in the world quite like NYC.

omg i cannot let men dictate my clothing choices, they do not understand fashion! they don't get that sometimes you wanna wear a shapeless dress cos it's cooler than a fitted dress, sometimes you don't want to look sexy by showing off your body, sometimes you wanna look cool (which is sexy in a different way) and stylish. We dress for ourselves, then each other (other women, mostly) then men last of all, imho.

The first dress was nicer, I thought. It was upbeat and young. The second one was a little somber, matronly. You still looked nice anyway :)
Different strokes! I think the 2nd dress had a more flattering shape. Plus the color was great. The photographer was happy and so was I ;) I'll find somewhere else to wear the other dress

+Katrina Eames yes! i have eyelash extensions! they last about a month, you go to the salon and choose what length and how much of a curl you want and then they add individual lashes to your eye. it's pretty cool and they look awesome
That sounds so cool! I would like to do this at some point - can you use mascara with eyelash extensions or is that unnecessary?
Katrina Eames you're not supposed to use mascara on them, but in reality you don't need to. mine are pretty thick so they look nice and full, like you just have naturally thick lashes. here's a photo from when i first got them done instagram.com/p/5Ih47sCgag/
