What a fun challenge! As someone who has been divorced, I’d add “A deck you thought you’d love forever but have grown apart and parted with.” Kind of similar to “Puppy Love” but also different in the way that “Marriage Material” and “Happily Ever After” are different.

And I am only newly dipping into the world of the Ceccoli yet can see how it would be an on-again, off-again relationship. After calling to me strongly recently, I’m already on a break with it. 😄 And, aw, my heart did a little dip seeing the Steampunk. That was one of my first, and I’ve since rehomed it but retain a soft spot for it. Really great reader, and I love the Victorian element and bronze-y color tones. Can easily see bringing that one back in and might’ve been a little too cull-crazy at the time! Thanks for sharing all these lil’ lovers. 💘

Great tag! My current love at first sight/ crush is the Tarot des Ambiguities from Artisan. It just arrived last week and I have barely put it down and can't stop playing with it, I'm infatuated lol. You also made me even more excited to finally get my hands on the Jonasa Jaus, I managed to snag a preorder the 7th ed. along with the Stunning Tarot 4th ed. which I believe has been slightly redrawn to be on the same size cards as the JJ.
I loooooove the Ask The Witch. It's so interesting, and quite shadowy despite the bright colours. It's one of my fav Smith-Waite based decks. Hope you give it another go 💜

I haven't been able to connect to the True Heart Tarot (and I say that as someone who loves modern decks.) I think it was the lack of consistency in the art work for me. I finally decided to rehome it to my godsister.
I really enjoy this tag, plan on doing a VR (I know, so surprising X;D), as soon as I can. ♥ My cat is sitting in my lap currently so yay for the cat people tarot? XD good thing allergies are not able to affect people through a screen! The Ceccoli...every time I see it I want it for the art but I'm so unsure it would work for me I keep not getting it. Maybe I should do a reading about why is that. :D

Yeah, I think it's been picked up by them for printing this year and I believe the indie edition either had it's last run or will be here shortly. You should be able to check the creator's website for more information too. :)

I've been wanting it for a year or so, but people here in the UK are complaining about the card stock, saying it's incredibly thin, the edges peel and it suffers from 'deck dandruff'... kind of put me off, but maybe I take a chance. Also, did you trim your Desert Illuminations? I brought this deck nearly 2 years back (I think) but mine has a thin white border... looks so much better without! 🥰
I think the US printing of the True Heart might be different because mine is really cardboard like and more on the thick side. It's not the worst cardstock I've got by any stretch, but it's not my favorite either. :) I have the newest edition of the Desert Illuminations and it came borderless. One less deck to trim, yeah! :)
@Dawn Michelle Tarot thanks for letting me know. I guess I can order the True Heart form Amazon and if it's really awful I can send it back... super jealous of your bordeless Desert Illuminations... I don't think I've the guts to trim an indie deck, just yet 😆
