The 280ZX OEM fuel injection uses an air flow meter for mixture control. The 300ZX uses a similar device, mas airflow sensor, for the same. The Megasquirt does not use that type of meter on the intake. Instead you will have a MAP (manifold air pressure) that calculates how much fuel based on rpm, throttle position, and the vacuum or positive air pressure inside the intake manifold. Once you receive that turbo AFM, you can sell it as you won't need that piece for your injection setup.

I am defiantly happy about that as there wasn't anywhere to put that meter lol. I just got the transmission back on and some more of the intercooler tubing in so I will have a video of that within a few days :).

I am also trying to swap engine. Where did you get your intercooler? Piping?
