I hate the ruckus, which is why I'm glad you're making this series, it'll be cool to see how many minds you change. hopefully including mine. Good luck man.
sweliam1 If it turns out like every other ruckus (stretched and dropped) it'll be pretty boring, so I'm hoping he does something a bit more original and cool
" I will be showing you the entire process of making doing a custom stretched, slammed, GY6 engine swap Ruckus/Zoomer!" guess you're gonna be disappointed then
I understand why some people might not want the ruckus as a build series, but i love the idea of taking something so out there and so unusual (in the motovlogging community) and making it something unique. That's what it's all about, making something your own and making it a complete one-of-a-kind bike to enjoy. Can't wait to see how this goes!
You should go get a couple ryobi impact drills. They have adapters for sockets and you can still use regular flats and Phillips heads as well. It has sped up my work on my bike by a long shot, worth every penny!
I'm so hype for this build I'm so glad you decided to keep doing the series I loved the last one. I can't wait to see how amazing this will look afterwards!
Dodge Rider no it's not, it's called a ruckus, which means to go plural you have to keep the entire word and add a s or es or replace the s and previous vowel with an i, so it's either ruckuses or rucki but ruckuses doesn't give me a red like when i type it while rucki does so i'm going with ruckuses
Hey motonosity you can get a fuel sending unit from a Honda metropolitan scooter and mount it in your tank and get a stage 6 electric fuel gauge and then you'll be able to see how much gas you have!!! It's a trick I learned from the guys at "standard functions" that's what I did when I did my gy6 150 swap years ago!!! No more IDIOT light😉👍🏻
If you're really brave, I've got a rear axle/engine mount and a set of really wide wheels that will turn a Ruckus into a trike. Comes with everything but taillights and even has a diff.
A lot of potential! In Belgium, Netherlands en Germany the Yamaha Aerox is very populair. Its litterly impossible to find a stock one. Warning: A lot of "Rice" scooters. Love the build sersies!
I'm surprised you don't use an electric driver for all those screws. I have a 7 volt one that busts up to 30 foot pounds , a 14.4V that does up to 70 foot pounds and a 27V on that does 150 foot pounds. The 27V one will literally pull lug nuts off no problem. I rarely even use my air tools anymore lol. I seriously recommend you looking into getting one just because it would have cut your time down in half of not more. Any bolt you can get a socket on, and any screw you can get a screw driver on, will all come off. The only bolts to worry about are ones where an open-ended wrench is required.
Oh man, this is such a good channel! Love the scooter build, lots of sentiment on 50cc tuning cause that's all we are allowed to drive down here before becoming 18! Hearing the song makes me smile, what's the name again? Looling forward to every sunday evening now! Love from Holland!
i know i am commenting like this is a live vid.... but i just winged doing my own sprocket and chain on my fz1 and going with a dif ratio... i feel like i should be included in all these changes so i can learn. It is all fun and part of that moto life man. hence why I wish i could be there helping lol.
YAY! Glad you are getting to make it happen! Royal and I are very excited to see what you come up with. So, I have a question and its not meant to be insulting at all, I am just curious. Why are you powder coating the front section of the frame? Are you planning on a more naked looking Ruckus or is it just your preference to do it? That whole section is not visible when the bike is fully assembled correct? Again, this is not meant to question your judgement or be insulting to your choices. Keep the rubber side down Brother! Later. Marc
wicked fan bro i actually just put 5500 miles on a ruckus in 5 months 2016 in white she goes 47 with stock motor verrrrry interested in what motor ur gunna drop in the ruckus ill b watchin 😃 👍 subscribed
I'm completely clueless about scooters ad motorcycles but I've been looking into getting a Ruckus to affordably get around. Am I a little out of my league or would a ruckus be a good place to start and learn?
finally its starting cant wait for the build

I hate the ruckus, which is why I'm glad you're making this series, it'll be cool to see how many minds you change. hopefully including mine.
Good luck man.
Fiddlybatman Dito. It'll be really cool to see the transformation.
sweliam1 If it turns out like every other ruckus (stretched and dropped) it'll be pretty boring, so I'm hoping he does something a bit more original and cool
Fiddlybatman Yeah, hopefully.
" I will be showing you the entire process of making doing a custom stretched, slammed, GY6 engine swap Ruckus/Zoomer!" guess you're gonna be disappointed then

The ruck shop does some awesome work! Saw some of their scoots at the aim expo here in Florida! They did a sick Yamaha c3!!!
I'm excited to see the cafe styling you put into it, I know you're going to make it look badass.

Sweet, glad it's officially begun! I look forward to following the build man. Haha almost 300 miles on that thing! :D
I'm still debating if it's Ruckuses or Rucki...
JellyForSale I love your videos I think you should keep what you have and go back to riding your quad
Come back :(
Dodge Rider no it's not, it's called a ruckus, which means to go plural you have to keep the entire word and add a s or es or replace the s and previous vowel with an i, so it's either ruckuses or rucki but ruckuses doesn't give me a red like when i type it while rucki does so i'm going with ruckuses
Dodge Rider yeah but that's just what the community call them, I'm just trying to figure out what is grammatically correct lol
Excited to watch the build. I know this is an old vid, but get yourself a Lithium Cordless Drill set man. You could save 1/2 the time.

I think the frame should be that awesome red but I know what color scheme you're going for, keep it going dude!
Highly recommend a impact driver. They have a lot of attachments that you can screw out a any bolt or screw a lot faster! Nice view,,
If you're really brave, I've got a rear axle/engine mount and a set of really wide wheels that will turn a Ruckus into a trike. Comes with everything but taillights and even has a diff.

you're probably the only person I'd ever buy a used custom bike from. Mainly because you know wtf your doing.
I'm surprised you don't use an electric driver for all those screws. I've been waiting!!
I'm completely clueless about scooters ad motorcycles but I've been looking into getting a Ruckus to affordably get around. Am I a little out of my league or would a ruckus be a good place to start and learn?
you guys should look into T handle wrenches from tusk on rocky Mountain atv, they make working on bikes so much faster and easier
