    Good episode. Very glad to have a healthy cooking segment again. Basic stock and broth is healthy, easy and soooo good!

    I planted a Prairiefire Crabapple and liked it so well, I went out and got a Royal Raindrops and Sugar Tyme as well

    Great show. Welcome to the show Christi Evans. Great recipe? I do have a question though. If you were to let the broth cool and then pour duck fat over the top then freeze it, would that extend how long I could keep it?
