Saw them in Fall of '72, and Dino completely dominated the show. It could have been called The Dino Valente Review. And Cipollina had left the building already. Oh well ...
John, Dino, Nicky, Gary, David & Greg
I remember seeing this video in the 1970's as part of a longer film on Channel 13 the PBS station in NYC. As a New Yorker, I love Dino's take on the Subway. The band really cooks, and you can tell Dino was having a great time! Dino should have had a bigger career, he was a talented guy. Thanks for the posting.
Children of the sun -dino's best
I really like this song
Thanks for sharing; we salute you(despite Duncan/Dino drama downer and through the quaint editing/camerawork, when you want to see footage of what guy is jamming out while he's doing it, e.g. THE CHIP and I think it's Nicky Hopkins)! Shoulda just gone ahead and been there, at negative 10 years old, but Dad's brand new Shelby GT500 was somehow in the shop that he was of course gonna otherwise let me drive to that concert,
It's Nicky on piano
@@pdondini I agree,
What does "Duncan/Dino drama downer" mean, exactly?
@Mitch McNeil Just how miserable Gary Duncan looks in this. I personally hate Chet Jesse Dino's voice and bemoan the day he rejoined the group
still what a song huh?!!! put smile on my face today
+Ralbert123 Every so often, over the years, I would pull out this album just to play this song again. Prob cuz I had a good buzz lol
+Brent Schmidt I hear that! ☺
Really bad camera work here, when Cipollina goes into incredible solo, camera doesn't even show him. WTF ???
Well...you should've been there...
Fortunately this was saved at all.
Great,Great, Great !
Can someone upload the album version ...it punches you in the face..what a rockin tune
I think we already nailed it as a 1970 shoot out...no?
