- On October 28th, 29th, and 30th, twenty of the world's best triathletes competed in the second year of a unique triathlon format in Nassau and Highbourne Cay in the Bahamas. Up for grabs- one of the world's biggest triathlon prize purses.
JPI was honored to produce and distribute this documentary-style TV special.

Stage 2 - Enduro

Sunday, October, 30th:
Stage 3 - Sprint (non-drafting)
*Top 10 after stage 2 qualify
** Pursuit format based on general classification time

Could of put what each athlete had won in there career underneath them when being interviewed as the casuals won't know them from Adam. Also a quick flash of what the standings are after Day one wasn't good, Triathletes love there stats show us a swim/bike/run breakdown so we can compare athletes.

Man, it would be awesome to know their cadences on the bikes...and speeds. With a flat surface like that they must have been around 85 to 90 cadences and 35 to 40 miles an hour on the bikes.
Double the distances on either the 1st or 2nd day to give the long course Triathletes more of a chance, it's a waste of time them even turning up under the current format.

Produced more like a judges house X-Factor episode / or I'm a celebrity - instead of an engaging race with real athletes - it could come down to the lack of spectators - makes the event look more staged. - Bring on Stadium triathlon racing I say!

What kind of bullshit was this.... The race format is solid, but I wasn't particularly interested in seeing the old-ass CEOs competing, more about the ATHLETES, and it felt like I was watching American Idol or X-Factor. I'm interested in seeing this year's race, but only to see the ATHLETES!
this format is complete nonsense! Invite athletes of very different disciplines, but all 3 days the competition is short distance... bullshit... so you can skip day 2 and 3. Why not one day with at least 70.3???
