It's a 9 for me. Well, actually it's an 8 BUT it plays like a different game depending on the group you play it with, so it's kinda like I've got 3 8/10 games for the price of 1. So, that makes it a 9 (don't question my logic, it doesn't make sense)
I adored this game so much after the first couple of plays that I convinced several others to buy it. However, each game started to feel the same after just a handful of plays. It's lack of variety from game to game, even when using the variable set-up side of the board, made us less excited to bring it to the table. We all ended up selling our copies, but I would never turn down a play if someone else suggests it.

Makes me think of Luxor. Not that it has same mecanics, maybe just similar decisions. But I might be wrong. But looks much better definitely. Thank you for useful review

What component upgrades are you looking for? Let’s say you’ve got those components… what price are you happy to spend for the game?
@@john-qz3fu Wooden or acrylic resources and items instead of punchboard. Screen printed meeples for the rats lightbulbs etc.
@@PwndNewbie Lol! I also think that they could made the rat meeples from gold and the lightbulbs from real glass. Perhaps including living animals for the different shops in the game. But for the price tag of this game, its just spot on!
Where's the other half of Sam?
Its a really fun game, never not had a fun time teaching it and not had anyone who didn't like it. its a very overlooked game just like Chocolate Factory. I feel like there are a number of games that came out from during the pandemic that have gone under the radar.
